    Loved the spacious Beautiful King Room with fine city views! The breakfast buffet was a highlight with endless options, including fresh satay. Plus, the gym and kids club facilities were a great bonus.

    We appreciated this place, everything was brand-new. The setting was quite strategic and marvellous within easy reach of Indonesia Postal Museum. The hotel was located about 20 minutes walk from center. Room was comfy and beautiful.

    beautiful hotel with excellent service

    The hotel is beautifully designed with polished, modern rooms. One concierge staff member was particularly excellent, quickly arranging two cars for our family's unexpected travel needs and also helping us with a lunch reservation at a nearby Padang restaurant. The city view from our Beautiful Twin Room was amazing and added to our overall experience.

    A minor drawback was some wait time during check-in.

    Comfortable room with a safe box, a nice flat-screen TV that has satellite channels, and a coffee/tea maker for a quick pick-me-up. the setting is pleasing and fits well with the surroundings 🙂.

    The hotel is located very close to good restaurants and the city center. the staff is really helpful and affable, no complaints whatsoever. My room is reasonably spacious and beautiful with a view overlooking the city. It had a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets in the bathroom. I didn't want to leave and would love to stay longer.

    The location was strategic and particularly good, just a 10-15 minute walk from West Java People's Struggle Monument. the hotel was really close to the center, making it convenient for exploring the city. - My room had climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV, providing all the necessary amenities. - the decoration in my room was cozy and welcoming.

    I came here for 1 night with my 2 kids, had a wonderful stay. the location was strategic and favorable, so close to Gedung Sate and Gasibu, a lot of good restaurants, and the center of the city and easily accessible. the room was comfy, beautiful, and included climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel television. the staff members were all well-trained and accommodating.
